Lori Sheller is the newly appointed Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales & Groups for MSC Cruises USA. In this role, Sheller is responsible for the relationships with key strategic accounts and consortia as well as management of the group department.
Prior to this position, Shellerspent 18 years working in cruise retail distribution. Most recently, she spent 3 years at Tourico Holidays as the Vice President of Cruise Development with responsibility for all cruise development and strategic marketing partnerships worldwide with all major cruise lines.Prior to joining Tourico HolidaysSheller spent 15 years at Online Vacation Center, holding various leadership roles across marketing, sales, product development and group departments.
Sheller’s greatest strengths are her ability to see the importance of, and maintain high levels of dedication and commitment to cruise industry relations and an innate ability to forecast trends in the market and meet them with strategies to fully execute and deliver high end sales results. Equally as important, she enjoys a challenge, particularly developing and implementing successful new initiatives and exceeding targets, strengthening strategic alliances and achieving growth.
Lori Sheller earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management then continued to pursue a Master’s degree in International Marketing at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
